Generally, time is needed to find the problem.

With this in mind we charge a flat rate of 30,- Euro to be paid by delivery of the unit for the cost estimate.

You will inform us in advance of the maximum cost you are expecting to pay for the repair, maintenance or performance.

If the estimated repair costs exceed your expectations, we will discuss this with you.

If a repair, maintenance or other service takes place, the bench charge will be deducted from the repair cost.

If it is not economical to repair your device / loudspeaker, we would appreciate an immediate collection.

To calculate a fair price, we calculate with time units of six minutes.
